Bath Pure Salt is used for half body bath in 40 - 43 degrees warm water. It is effective to promote sweating which get rid of acidic waste in your body. Before taking your half body bath you need to drink one packet of 15 hour salt dissolved in one glass of distilled water to enhance blood circulation and removal of toxic waste. In each box there are 20 packets of 30 g per packet pure salt. Usage is based on mixing 3 packets in a small container filled with warm water and adding 1 packet each time for 2 consecutive days.
