The 15 hour pure salt is the lowest hour pure salt needed for initial colon cleansing and health maintenance (internal and external use) but is still effective to remove your body of acidic toxic waste and heavy metals. If you find that higher hour pure salt like 30 hour, 50 hour and 200 hour are beyond your budget then you can buy 15 hr pure salt which is still effective but will take a longer period to treat. One box (100 packets x 3g per packet) will last about 24 days based on 3 days initial colon cleansing (5 packets/day x 3 days) and 18 days salt consumption(4 packets/day x 21 days).
